The program was organized to strengthen academic collaboration between Ahsanullah University of Science & Technology and Daffodil International University through discussions on joint research initiatives in the fields of energy and water resource management. During the visit, a delegation from AUST, led by their Vice-Chancellor, met with faculty members and researchers to explore opportunities for interdisciplinary cooperation.

Departments including Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), Civil Engineering (CE), and Architecture at DIU presented their ongoing research activities, innovations, and sustainable development initiatives. The discussions focused on developing impactful collaborative research projects that can address national challenges related to renewable energy, energy efficiency, and sustainable water management.

The meeting aimed to foster long-term institutional partnerships, promote knowledge exchange, and encourage innovative solutions that contribute to sustainable development and technological advancement in Bangladesh.
