AUST–DIU Hold Collaborative Research Meeting on Energy and Water Sustainability

A collaborative academic discussion was held between Ahsanullah University of Science & Technology (AUST) and Daffodil International University (DIU) to strengthen joint research initiatives in the fields of energy and water resource sustainability.

The program aimed to enhance institutional cooperation through knowledge sharing and interdisciplinary research focused on addressing key national challenges. A delegation from AUST, led by its Vice-Chancellor, visited DIU and engaged in discussions with faculty members, researchers, and academic leaders.

During the visit, DIU’s departments of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), Civil Engineering (CE), and Architecture presented their ongoing research work, innovation projects, and sustainability-focused initiatives. The presentations highlighted efforts in renewable energy systems, energy efficiency technologies, and sustainable infrastructure development.

Both institutions explored opportunities to develop collaborative research projects that can contribute to solving pressing issues in:
